Confirmation
Confirmation is the rite through which we express a mature commitment to Christ and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop
– The Book of Common Prayer, 860
To be confirmed, one must first be baptized, and complete a course of instruction in the doctrines, disciplines, and traditions of the Episcopal Church. Those entering high school are eligible for confirmation.
If you, or someone you know, are interested in being “duly prepared” for the sacrament of confirmation, please contact the parish office at (856) 845-0190.
