Christ Church, founded in 1856, is orthodox in belief, traditional in worship with rich ceremonial, liturgical music and a strong program of Christian education for both adults and children. We often have families with up to four generations who come to worship on Sunday mornings, but we also open our doors to newcomers! We welcome you to join our warm and caring parish family.

Community Outreach

Christ Church supports the community in a variety of ways. You can view many of our on-going and recent activities from the menu above/left under "Outreach".

This photo is from the Feast of Saint Florian, Patron Saint of Firefighters. The public is invited to come and lend its support of the firefighters of Gloucester county through a service of solemn Evensong.

Christian Education

We are a Learning Church!

We offer a dynamic Christian Education program for adults and children of all ages following Sunday's 10:00 AM Mass!

Snacks are provided for the children, and adults enjoy coffee and pastry.

(Sunday Christian Education classes break for the summer from June to September.)

Bible study classes are also held on Friday nights between September and May, interspersed with an occasional movie night.

We Have a Staffed Nursery

Christ Church has a bright and welcoming nursery, located in the Parish House, which is open from 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM for infants through 3 years of age (the nursery is open from 9:45 AM to 11:00 AM during summer recess) . Parents are provided with pagers.
